Nadine Tlili is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, empowerment photographer, and embodiment practitioner based in the Hudson Valley. She weaves somatic awareness and creative expression into her work, guiding others to use the breath as a pathway to nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-connection.
